AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY 
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $60 
Express Shipping $10 AUD (1 pair)  Additional costs will be calculated at checkout.
All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post within 24 hours of ordering (48 hours for Saturday orders).

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery arrives within 2-7 business days (2-3 for most major cities longer for more remote areas)
Express delivery arrives within 1-4 business days (1-2 for most major cities.  Potentially longer than 4 days for more remote areas and WA)
Same Day delivery arrives before 5pm if ordered before 11:00am
Evening Delivery arrives before 8:30pm if ordered before 3:30pm
Weekend Delivery arrives before 8:30pm if ordered before 3:30pm

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use Australia Post shipping services. Delivery time frames vary. Please note that the shipping time frames do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Signatures are required upon delivery for all international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.

All remaining countries are calculated at checkout. If ordering more than 2 pairs, this is also calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or delivery charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. COVET SHOES is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Customs authorities require by law that we include the value of goods directly on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release or deny your package and in rare cases, may delay your delivery. If you refuse to pay an additional fees, your package will be directed back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred to us by the shipping company.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, COVET SHOES will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with COVET SHOES via phone or email prior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), COVET SHOES reserves the right to charge the same reshipment fee that is charged back to us. COVET SHOES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

*** Please note that the international delivery costs that COVET SHOES provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to inquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by COVET SHOES. It's really important to us that you love your purchase from COVET SHOES.  If you're not satisfied with your items we offer a full refund or exchange for unworn items including sale items. To be eligible, lodge your return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned items, we will send out the requested items. If you need your shoes immediately, we recommend you place a new order and we'll refund your return when it arrives.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we process your return. Returns will be processed and returned within 10 working days. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original condition with their original box. Items without a box will be refused.

• We reserve the right to deny any items not returned in their original condition or box or within the refund period.

AFTERPAY

If you have completed the sale via afterpay you will receive a full refund.

- If you have not made any payments, we will cancel your payment plan

- If you have made a payment, we will refund this payment and cancel your additional payment plan

- If you wish to return only part of our original order, we will deduct these from your payment plan and readjust the payments

If you require a different size, you will have to return your item and place a new order

AFTERPAY EXCHANGES

- If you require new size or colour or alternative item, you are required to place a new order

FAULTY

At COVET SHOES we thoroughly inspect each pair of shoes before sending, however if you suspect the item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible on info@covetshoes.com.au quoting your order number, describing the fault and if possible, please provide photos. 

All our shoes are European sizing and fit true to size. We recommend ordering the size you usually wear and check the description of the individual style for specific fitting notes.  Below is a general indication of our sizing but all conversions are approximate.  Please contact us if you require additional help choosing a size as we'd only be too happy to help.  We're usually very quick to respond!
