Our sustainability journey is ongoing and we continue to improve our efforts at every opportunity.

PEOPLE

Our shoe making process protects the people who make them.  Our shoes are crafted in ethical-verified factories in China and our workers are treated and paid fairly and ethically.

PLANET

Protecting our planet is important to us so we aim to minimize our impact where possible. 

Mass-production by large fashion companies has led to overproduction and unthinkable quantities of unsold items being trashed every day.

•   We only produce small limited quantities of our styles to reduce unnecessary fashion waste.

•   We design versatile, neutral styles to last season to season in effort to slow down fashion consumption.

Every year, the global leather industry harms more than a billion animals. Many of these animals endure cruel treatment during this process and we want to cry just thinking about it. 

•   All our shoes are of the highest of quality using leather-like, animal free materials.

•   We use 100% biodegradable and compostable shipping satchels made from mostly plant-based materials such as PLA and a certified compostable material called PBAT (some seriously fancy ways of saying corn starch and bonding agents) from hero packaging.  When you receive your shoes, put the packaging in the compost and it will start to break down and turn into fertiliser. This takes about 90-120 days (3-4 months).
