3 Ways to Feel Spring/Summer-Ready Fast

 

It’s time for a fresh (and fashionable) new season!

 

Summer isn’t just a change in season - it’s also a change in mindset. We get to reset after a long winter and enjoy some self-care in the sun (hallelujah!).

1. You get out what you put in!

It’s no secret that regular exercise will have you feeling (and looking) amazing - and a change in season is the best time to freshen up your routine. Now that it’s getting a little warmer, showing some skin is in. To tone and lengthen your legs instantly, pop on some high heels, and if you want to boost your confidence further, try our favourite leg exercises. Legs are, after all, our best asset (apart from shoes!) and we need to take care of our assets!

2. The secret to silky smooth skin

 

Our legs haven’t seen daylight for a few months, so they deserve a red-carpet-worthy debut, right? And nothing pairs better with new sandals than sexy legs! 

 

Start with exfoliating with your favourite scrub to bring out your natural glow – don’t be afraid to have a soak in the bath first to soften your skin. Grab that bubble bath and relax – this is selfcare after all!

 Follow with your favourite moisturiser to lock in the hydration and leave your legs silky all day long.

 If your winter tan (or lack of) is leaving something to be desired, why not add a little colour with a fake tan? This step will leave you feeling more confident and ready to take on spring (without the risks of sun damage).

 

 

Or if tanning isn’t for you, try a shimmer oil! This step is a Rhianna staple and never fails to make your legs look silky, smooth and glossy.

 3. Pedicures are always the best accessory

Now that sandals are here to stay (hoorah!) it’s time to put some serious thought into your pedicure.

 

As with clothes, you can’t go wrong with opting for neutrals when choosing your pedicure. White, blush or nude will allow you to match your toes to any outfit – meaning less time to stress and more time to enjoy the sun!
