SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service and order size
- Shipping fees apply to all orders, including those placed using store credit. Duties and taxes apply where required and will apply again on any new order, including those placed using store credit
- Shipping fees, duties and taxes are presented at checkout and form part of your order total
- By placing an order, including via express checkout methods (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or similar), you acknowledge and accept all applicable charges regardless of the checkout method used
- International shipping costs provided by Covet Shoes do not include return shipping, and may not reflect the cost to return items from your country to Australia
DUTIES & TAXES (including US)
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs charges
- All applicable charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer
- By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these charges
- No additional charges are expected upon delivery
- While charges are calculated upfront, in rare cases additional customs fees may be requested by the carrier or customs authorities. Covet Shoes is not responsible for any additional charges requested during transit.
- Customs authorities require that we declare the full value of goods on all international shipments. They have the authority to release, delay or deny parcels, which may affect delivery timeframes.
- If duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a store credit will be issued less any original shipping costs and return to sender fees incurred.
- All Covet Shoes are designed in Sydney, Australia. Country of export is Australia and country of origin is China.

Order & Delivery Details
- Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Covet Shoes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- We will always endeavour to assist with address & order changes, however due to the speed of order processing, changes cannot be guaranteed
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping and return fees
Cancelling Orders
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if received and confirmed by our team before an order is packed. Due to the speed of order processing, orders may be packed shortly after being placed, and once packed, cancellations are no longer possible. A 5% administration fee applies to all approved cancellations
Shipping & Liability
- Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier
- Signature may be required on delivery
- Covet Shoes is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen parcels, or delays caused by customs or carriers
Unclaimed, Refused or Returned Parcels
- Parcels that are unclaimed, refused or unable to be delivered may be returned to us
- Returned orders will be issued store credit less any original shipping, duties and taxes and return to sender fees incurred
- This includes parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes
Fees & Returns
- Shipping fees, duties and taxes will not be credited and are excluded from any store credit issued
