Met Gala 2019 Camp: Notes on Fashion

The first Monday in May always brings the highly anticipated Met Gala event in New York City. This years theme 'Camp: Notes on Fashion' (based on an essay written by Susan Sontag) had many people confused.  You might first think of sitting around a fire or pitching a tent but simply put, words like exaggerated, extravagant, gaudy, ironic, kitschy or tongue-in-cheek have been used to interpret the camp fashion meaning. On brief or not, we've rounded up our favourite looks of the night.
