EXPRESS DELIVERY

We offer express delivery to all areas.  Prices are calculated at checkout and timing depends on your location.  

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Express delivery is via Australia Post and arrives within 1-3 business days (1-2 for most major cities, potentially even longer than 3 days for more remote areas and WA)

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We use DHL International Express shipping services. Delivery time frames vary. Please note that the shipping time frames do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Signatures are required upon delivery for all international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or delivery charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. COVET SHOES is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Customs authorities require by law that we include the value of goods directly on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release or deny your package and in rare cases, may delay your delivery. If you refuse to pay an additional fees, your package will be directed back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred to us by the shipping company.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, COVET SHOES will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with COVET SHOES via phone or email prior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), COVET SHOES reserves the right to charge the same reshipment fee that is charged back to us. COVET SHOES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

*** Please note that the international delivery costs that COVET SHOES provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to inquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by COVET SHOES.
